設(she)備用(yong)途,該(gai)反力(li)(li)(li)(li)架(jia)由(you)8件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)立柱(zhu)、4件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)上梁(liang)、4件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)底梁(liang),2件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)縱梁(liang)等組成(cheng),主要(yao)用(yong)于(yu)對結(jie)構梁(liang)或平(ping)面桁架(jia)結(jie)構進(jin)行(xing)靜(jing)載試驗。通過合理結(jie)構設(she)計(ji),使在(zai)進(jin)行(xing)其他(ta)試驗時,反力(li)(li)(li)(li)架(jia)能與試件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)形(xing)成(cheng)自平(ping)衡,通過施加集中力(li)(li)(li)(li)荷(he)載可得各(ge)構件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)承載力(li)(li)(li)(li)大小,以(yi)及可計(ji)算(suan)出構件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)各(ge)截面的(de)(de)內(nei)力(li)(li)(li)(li)值。該(gai)反力(li)(li)(li)(li)架(jia)借(jie)助(zhu)實驗室(shi)反力(li)(li)(li)(li)地槽,放置在(zai)實驗室(shi)內(nei)靠(kao)近反力(li)(li)(li)(li)墻的(de)(de)位置,進(jin)行(xing)混凝土梁(liang)的(de)(de)三(san)點彎曲(qu)試驗、四點彎曲(qu)試驗、混凝土柱(zhu)的(de)(de)抗(kang)壓試驗及其他(ta)結(jie)構件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)力(li)(li)(li)(li)學(xue)試驗。

1)主框架采(cai)(cai)用四立(li)柱(zhu)門(men)式自(zi)反力結(jie)構,立(li)柱(zhu)采(cai)(cai)用焊(han)接(jie)槽型結(jie)構,底梁(liang)(liang)(liang)采(cai)(cai)用箱型結(jie)構,上(shang)橫(heng)(heng)梁(liang)(liang)(liang)采(cai)(cai)用中間(jian)鏤空的雙梁(liang)(liang)(liang)結(jie)構。立(li)柱(zhu)與(yu)橫(heng)(heng)梁(liang)(liang)(liang)通過(guo)高(gao)強螺栓(shuan)連接(jie),橫(heng)(heng)梁(liang)(liang)(liang)高(gao)度可(ke)(ke)(ke)按模(mo)數調(diao)整。底梁(liang)(liang)(liang)頂面及側(ce)面均布(bu)安(an)裝孔。上(shang)橫(heng)(heng)梁(liang)(liang)(liang)底面通長安(an)裝直線導軌,導軌上(shang)安(an)裝可(ke)(ke)(ke)任意(yi)移動的小車(che)平臺,小車(che)平臺可(ke)(ke)(ke)隨(sui)動也可(ke)(ke)(ke)鎖緊(jin)。
2)加載架整體尺寸:長度(du)6000mm,寬度(du)1800mm,高(gao)度(du)7000mm(地下(xia)埋深1000mm);加載架凈空(kong)間:長度(du)4000mm,寬度(du)1800mm,高(gao)度(du)4000mm。軸壓(ya)實(shi)驗承(cheng)載力5000kN,壓(ya)剪(jian)實(shi)驗豎(shu)向(xiang)承(cheng)載力3000kN,水平(ping)承(cheng)載力1500kN。
3)加載架單塊蓋板的(de)跨中承載力100kN;
4)自升(sheng)(sheng)降系統,采(cai)用(yong)(yong)自爬升(sheng)(sheng)系統帶多通道控(kong)制(zhi)器,可控(kong)制(zhi)伺(si)服電機同步(bu)升(sheng)(sheng)降;采(cai)用(yong)(yong)絲杠立(li)柱副結構(gou),絲杠直徑180mm,只(zhi)受豎向(xiang)荷(he)載時只(zhi)靠絲杠能承(cheng)受5000kN豎向(xiang)荷(he)載。采(cai)用(yong)(yong)伺(si)服電機驅動螺旋升(sheng)(sheng)降機構(gou)控(kong)制(zhi)橫梁升(sheng)(sheng)降。配置至(zhi)少(shao)四個位移(yi)傳感器,用(yong)(yong)于同步(bu)控(kong)制(zhi),提升(sheng)(sheng)速度90mm/min,自升(sheng)(sheng)降系統立(li)柱四個測點的位移(yi)差(cha)值0.2mm。
