三、預制梁承載力加載試驗系統
1.設備(bei)用途,該反(fan)力架(jia)由8件立柱、4件上(shang)梁(liang)(liang)、4件底梁(liang)(liang),2件縱梁(liang)(liang)等組成,主要用于對結構(gou)(gou)(gou)梁(liang)(liang)或平(ping)面桁架(jia)結構(gou)(gou)(gou)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)靜載(zai)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)。通過(guo)合理(li)結構(gou)(gou)(gou)設計,使(shi)在(zai)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)其他(ta)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時(shi),反(fan)力架(jia)能與試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)件形成自(zi)平(ping)衡,通過(guo)施加集中(zhong)力荷(he)載(zai)可得各構(gou)(gou)(gou)件的承(cheng)載(zai)力大(da)小,以及可計算出構(gou)(gou)(gou)件各截面的內力值。該反(fan)力架(jia)借助實驗(yan)室(shi)反(fan)力地(di)槽,放置(zhi)在(zai)實驗(yan)室(shi)內靠(kao)近反(fan)力墻的位置(zhi),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)混(hun)凝土(tu)梁(liang)(liang)的三(san)點彎(wan)曲試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)、四(si)點彎(wan)曲試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)、混(hun)凝土(tu)柱的抗壓試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)及其他(ta)結構(gou)(gou)(gou)件的力學試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)。

二、自動爬升加載試驗系統
1)主框(kuang)架采用四立(li)柱(zhu)門式自反力結(jie)構,立(li)柱(zhu)采用焊接(jie)槽(cao)型結(jie)構,底(di)梁采用箱型結(jie)構,上橫(heng)梁采用中間鏤空的(de)雙(shuang)梁結(jie)構。立(li)柱(zhu)與橫(heng)梁通過高強(qiang)螺栓連(lian)接(jie),橫(heng)梁高度可按(an)模數調整。底(di)梁頂面及側(ce)面均布安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)孔(kong)。上橫(heng)梁底(di)面通長安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)直線導(dao)軌,導(dao)軌上安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)可任意移動(dong)的(de)小車(che)平臺(tai),小車(che)平臺(tai)可隨動(dong)也可鎖緊。
2)加(jia)載(zai)(zai)架整體尺寸:長度(du)6000mm,寬度(du)1800mm,高(gao)度(du)7000mm(地(di)下埋(mai)深1000mm);加(jia)載(zai)(zai)架凈空間:長度(du)4000mm,寬度(du)1800mm,高(gao)度(du)4000mm。軸壓實驗承(cheng)載(zai)(zai)力5000kN,壓剪實驗豎向承(cheng)載(zai)(zai)力3000kN,水平承(cheng)載(zai)(zai)力1500kN。
3)加載架單塊蓋板(ban)的跨中承載力100kN;
4)自升(sheng)降(jiang)(jiang)系統,采(cai)用(yong)自爬(pa)升(sheng)系統帶多通道(dao)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)器,可控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)伺服電(dian)機同步(bu)升(sheng)降(jiang)(jiang);采(cai)用(yong)絲杠立柱副結(jie)構,絲杠直徑(jing)180mm,只受豎向荷載時只靠(kao)絲杠能承受5000kN豎向荷載。采(cai)用(yong)伺服電(dian)機驅動(dong)螺旋升(sheng)降(jiang)(jiang)機構控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)橫梁升(sheng)降(jiang)(jiang)。配置至(zhi)少四個(ge)位(wei)移(yi)傳感器,用(yong)于(yu)同步(bu)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi),提(ti)升(sheng)速(su)度90mm/min,自升(sheng)降(jiang)(jiang)系統立柱四個(ge)測點的位(wei)移(yi)差值0.2mm。
