一、主機框架

1、四立柱高剛性荷(he)載框架;

2、荷載(zai)框(kuang)架剛度:1.6×106N/mm;

4、自平衡(heng)落地式、無需額外構建地基(ji);

5、立柱有效空間:1600mm;

6、前后試驗空間:1100mm;

7、垂(chui)直試驗(yan)空間:22400mm;

8、垂直(zhi)夾頭間zuida距離:≥800mm

二、機械閉環控制臺

1、采用guijixianjin控制模式;

2、橫梁升降、鎖定、夾具控制,全部采用全進(jin)口插(cha)裝機 械閥,穩定可靠;

3、具備全時閉環(huan)鎖定,壓力、速度可調,適應不同材料 加持力。

三、作動器系統

1、zuida靜態載荷:≥1000kN;

7、活塞桿的支撐(cheng)采(cai)用多級非金屬柔性(xing)支撐(cheng),降低啟動(dong)摩 擦力(li),并具(ju)有一定的側向承載能力(li);

8、作(zuo)動(dong)器(qi)內部采用多級(ji)密(mi)封,活塞桿(gan)中間為支(zhi)撐環+格來圈(quan)+支(zhi)撐環結構,保(bao)證作(zuo)動(dong)器(qi)兩(liang)腔(qiang)的密(mi)封可靠。

1、選用動態疲勞(lao)拉(la)壓雙向傳感器;

五、試驗力測試范圍及示值精度

六、位移傳感器

七、自平衡試驗臺

1.橫梁升降(jiang)(jiang)性能(neng):液(ye)壓升降(jiang)(jiang)操(cao)控(kong)(kong)模式,具有橫梁升降(jiang)(jiang) 、鎖緊和松開控(kong)(kong)制 、自動補油 、防止突然(ran)下(xia)降(jiang)(jiang) 、失速保護(hu)功能(neng),主(zhu)液(ye)壓系統供(gong)油雙向驅動。

2.機架剛度:8×10^8N/m;

3.T型(xing)臺(tai)底座尺寸:1100×3800mm,T型(xing)臺(tai)厚度500mm。

4.試驗臺空(kong)間:總高6米,水平向4米。

5. 動態工作(zuo)zuida載荷:±2000kN。

八、自反力加載實驗裝置

1)前法蘭安裝,單出桿結(jie)構(gou),zuida壓縮荷載(zai)(zai)3000kN,zuida拉伸荷載(zai)(zai)500kN,滿荷載(zai)(zai)對應的工(gong)作(zuo)壓力(li)25MPa,油缸耐壓30MPa,活塞(sai)行程300mm,啟動壓力(li)0.1MPa

2)內置安(an)裝磁(ci)置伸縮(suo)式位移傳感器,帶降噪蓄能器,配套輪輻式荷(he)載傳感器和(he)加載球(qiu)鉸。

九、土木工程電液伺服加載試驗系統

1)主(zhu)框(kuang)架采(cai)(cai)用四立柱門式(shi)自(zi)反力結(jie)(jie)(jie)構,立柱采(cai)(cai)用焊接槽型結(jie)(jie)(jie)構,底(di)(di)梁(liang)采(cai)(cai)用箱型結(jie)(jie)(jie)構,上橫(heng)梁(liang)采(cai)(cai)用中間(jian)鏤空的雙梁(liang)結(jie)(jie)(jie)構。立柱與橫(heng)梁(liang)通過高強螺栓連接,橫(heng)梁(liang)高度(du)可按模數(shu)調整。底(di)(di)梁(liang)頂面(mian)及側面(mian)均布安(an)裝孔。上橫(heng)梁(liang)底(di)(di)面(mian)通長安(an)裝直線導(dao)軌,導(dao)軌上安(an)裝可任(ren)意移動的小(xiao)車平臺(tai),小(xiao)車平臺(tai)可隨動也(ye)可鎖緊。

2)加載(zai)架(jia)整體尺寸:長度(du)6000mm,寬(kuan)度(du)1800mm,高(gao)度(du)7000mm(地下埋深1000mm);加載(zai)架(jia)凈空(kong)間:長度(du)4000mm,寬(kuan)度(du)1800mm,高(gao)度(du)4000mm。軸壓實(shi)驗承載(zai)力5000kN,壓剪實(shi)驗豎(shu)向(xiang)承載(zai)力3000kN,水平(ping)承載(zai)力1500kN。

3)加載架單塊蓋板的跨中(zhong)承載力100kN;

4)自升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)降(jiang)(jiang)系統(tong),采(cai)用自爬升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)系統(tong)帶(dai)多(duo)通道(dao)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)器,可控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)伺服電機同步(bu)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)降(jiang)(jiang);采(cai)用絲杠立柱副結構,絲杠直徑180mm,只受豎向(xiang)荷載(zai)時只靠絲杠能(neng)承受5000kN豎向(xiang)荷載(zai)。采(cai)用伺服電機驅動螺旋升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)降(jiang)(jiang)機構控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)橫梁升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)降(jiang)(jiang)。配置至少(shao)四個位(wei)移傳感器,用于同步(bu)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi),提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)速度90mm/min,自升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)降(jiang)(jiang)系統(tong)立柱四個測點的位(wei)移差值0.2mm。
