1.結構力(li)學(xue)組(zu)合實驗裝置應由自反力(li)加載架、液壓加載油缸、低頻電動伺服加載系統、靜態數據采(cai)集分析系統、多種類型傳感器、滿足實驗教學(xue)要求的教學(xue)模型及相應輔具(ju)組(zu)成(cheng)。
2.自(zi)反力加載(zai)架1套
2.1承載能力(li)(li)300 kN,采用四(si)立柱門式框(kuang)架自反力(li)(li)結構(gou),下(xia)橫梁采用箱型鋼梁的結構(gou)形(xing)式,梁高(gao)度(du)(du)可按模(mo)數調節,所有(you)構(gou)件工(gong)作(zuo)面(mian)均進行機加工(gong),粗糙度(du)(du)優(you)于R3.2。加載架設計承載力(li)(li)按變形(xing)控制,梁額定荷(he)載下(xia)撓(nao)度(du)(du)小于梁跨度(du)(du)的0.1%
2.2整體尺寸3500×1000×3100mm,有效實驗空(kong)間3500×300×1700mm。
2.3上橫梁工作面安裝通長的(de)(de)直線導(dao)(dao)軌(gui),導(dao)(dao)軌(gui)上安裝可任意移動的(de)(de)小車平臺(tai),以安裝加(jia)載點(dian)及支座。
2.4下橫(heng)梁表面(mian)為(wei)不銹(xiu)鋼,可防銹(xiu)、防刮(gua)擦。

3.2在上橫梁(liang)上安裝低摩(mo)擦(ca)系數直線導軌及配套(tao)的直線滑塊(kuai),可同時承受(shou)三個方向的負荷(he),并(bing)保證其行走精度優于(yu)0.1mm。
4. 200kN隨動(dong)小(xiao)車平臺2套(tao):
4.1用于反(fan)力(li)架橫梁(liang)與豎向(xiang)油(you)缸(gang)的連接,使豎向(xiang)油(you)缸(gang)能(neng)水平隨動,承載力(li)200kN,滑動摩(mo)擦系數(shu)不大于0.02;
4.2在上橫梁上安裝低摩擦系數(shu)直線導軌(gui)及配套的直線滑塊,可同時承受(shou)三(san)個方向的負(fu)荷,并保持其行走精度優于0.1mm。
5.液壓油源1套
5.1可(ke)輸(shu)出多路穩定壓(ya)力,可(ke)進(jin)行荷載、位(wei)移閉環控制;
