二、預制梁承載力加載試驗系統
1.設(she)備用(yong)途,該(gai)反力架由(you)8件(jian)立柱、4件(jian)上(shang)梁(liang)、4件(jian)底梁(liang),2件(jian)縱梁(liang)等組成,主要用(yong)于對結(jie)(jie)構(gou)梁(liang)或平面桁架結(jie)(jie)構(gou)進(jin)行(xing)靜載(zai)(zai)試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)。通過合理結(jie)(jie)構(gou)設(she)計(ji),使(shi)在(zai)進(jin)行(xing)其(qi)他試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)時,反力架能與試件(jian)形成自平衡,通過施加(jia)集中力荷載(zai)(zai)可得各(ge)構(gou)件(jian)的(de)(de)(de)承載(zai)(zai)力大小,以(yi)及可計(ji)算出(chu)構(gou)件(jian)各(ge)截面的(de)(de)(de)內力值。該(gai)反力架借助實驗(yan)(yan)(yan)室反力地槽,放置(zhi)在(zai)實驗(yan)(yan)(yan)室內靠近(jin)反力墻的(de)(de)(de)位置(zhi),進(jin)行(xing)混凝土梁(liang)的(de)(de)(de)三(san)點彎曲試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)、四點彎曲試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)、混凝土柱的(de)(de)(de)抗壓試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)及其(qi)他結(jie)(jie)構(gou)件(jian)的(de)(de)(de)力學試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)。
