二、預制梁承載力加載試驗系統
1.設備用途,該反力(li)(li)架(jia)(jia)(jia)由8件(jian)(jian)(jian)立(li)柱(zhu)、4件(jian)(jian)(jian)上梁(liang)、4件(jian)(jian)(jian)底梁(liang),2件(jian)(jian)(jian)縱梁(liang)等(deng)組成,主要用于對結構(gou)梁(liang)或平(ping)面(mian)桁架(jia)(jia)(jia)結構(gou)進行靜載(zai)試(shi)驗(yan)。通過合理結構(gou)設計,使在(zai)進行其他(ta)試(shi)驗(yan)時,反力(li)(li)架(jia)(jia)(jia)能(neng)與試(shi)件(jian)(jian)(jian)形成自平(ping)衡,通過施加集(ji)中力(li)(li)荷(he)載(zai)可(ke)得各構(gou)件(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)承載(zai)力(li)(li)大小,以及可(ke)計算(suan)出構(gou)件(jian)(jian)(jian)各截面(mian)的(de)(de)內(nei)力(li)(li)值。該反力(li)(li)架(jia)(jia)(jia)借助實(shi)驗(yan)室(shi)反力(li)(li)地槽,放(fang)置(zhi)在(zai)實(shi)驗(yan)室(shi)內(nei)靠(kao)近反力(li)(li)墻的(de)(de)位(wei)置(zhi),進行混(hun)凝土(tu)梁(liang)的(de)(de)三點(dian)彎(wan)曲試(shi)驗(yan)、四點(dian)彎(wan)曲試(shi)驗(yan)、混(hun)凝土(tu)柱(zhu)的(de)(de)抗壓試(shi)驗(yan)及其他(ta)結構(gou)件(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)力(li)(li)學試(shi)驗(yan)。
