二、預制梁承載力加載試驗系統
1.設備用(yong)途,該反力(li)(li)架(jia)(jia)由8件立柱、4件上梁(liang)、4件底梁(liang),2件縱(zong)梁(liang)等組成(cheng),主要(yao)用(yong)于對結構梁(liang)或平(ping)面桁(heng)架(jia)(jia)結構進(jin)(jin)行靜載(zai)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)。通過合(he)理結構設計(ji),使在進(jin)(jin)行其(qi)他試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,反力(li)(li)架(jia)(jia)能(neng)與試(shi)(shi)件形成(cheng)自平(ping)衡,通過施加集中力(li)(li)荷載(zai)可得各構件的(de)承載(zai)力(li)(li)大小,以及可計(ji)算出構件各截面的(de)內(nei)力(li)(li)值。該反力(li)(li)架(jia)(jia)借助實(shi)驗(yan)(yan)室(shi)(shi)反力(li)(li)地槽,放置(zhi)在實(shi)驗(yan)(yan)室(shi)(shi)內(nei)靠近(jin)反力(li)(li)墻(qiang)的(de)位置(zhi),進(jin)(jin)行混(hun)凝土梁(liang)的(de)三點彎曲(qu)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)、四點彎曲(qu)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)、混(hun)凝土柱的(de)抗壓試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)及其(qi)他結構件的(de)力(li)(li)學試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)。
