1.1試驗機的結構:
電液伺服阻尼器試驗機阻(zu)尼(ni)器(qi)試驗系統主機主要由伺(si)服作動(dong)器(qi)底座、伺(si)服作動(dong)器(qi)、承(cheng)載框架、負荷(he)傳感器(qi)、專用夾(jia)具(ju)、變形測量裝置等部分組成。
1.2試驗機功能:
阻尼(ni)器(qi)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)機(ji)適用于(yu)粘滯阻尼(ni)器(qi)等(deng)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)的拉、壓性能的試(shi)(shi)驗(yan),既(ji)用于(yu)對已有各類工程結構消能減震器(qi)和構件的檢測,也用于(yu)對未(wei)來新型消能減震器(qi)和構件的研發試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)。

阻(zu)尼(ni)(ni)器(qi),是(shi)以提供運動的阻(zu)力,耗減(jian)運動能(neng)(neng)量的裝(zhuang)置。利(li)用阻(zu)尼(ni)(ni)來(lai)吸能(neng)(neng)減(jian)震(zhen)不是(shi)什么新(xin)技術(shu)(shu),在(zai)航天、航空、、汽車等行業中早已(yi)應用各種(zhong)各樣的阻(zu)尼(ni)(ni)器(qi)(或減(jian)震(zhen)器(qi))來(lai)減(jian)振消能(neng)(neng)。從二十世紀(ji)七十年(nian)(nian)代(dai)后(hou),人們開始(shi)逐步地(di)把這些技術(shu)(shu)轉用到建筑、橋梁、鐵路等結構工(gong)程中,其發展(zhan)十分迅速。特別是(shi)有五(wu)十多年(nian)(nian)歷史的液壓粘滯阻(zu)尼(ni)(ni)器(qi), 在美國被(bei)結(jie)構(gou)工程(cheng)界接受以前,經(jing)歷了大量實驗(yan),嚴格(ge)審查(cha),反復論證,特別是地震(zhen)考驗(yan)的漫長過程(cheng)。
