一、自平衡反力試驗系統
1、自平衡反力試(shi)驗(yan)系統主體采用裝配鋼構形式,可進行柱類、梁類、桁架類教學實驗及小型科研試驗;
2、反(fan)力(li)系統總高不小(xiao)于5米,立柱(zhu)凈(jing)距(ju)3米(mi);加(jia)載橫梁與基(ji)座設計承載力(li)大于(yu)500kN;
3、標配鋼結構分配梁(liang)1根,長(chang)度1200mm,分配梁兩端預留與(yu)專用固(gu)定鉸(jiao)支(zhi)座和滾動鉸(jiao)支(zhi)座的連接口(kou);
二、鉸支座
A、分配(pei)梁專用鉸支座(zuo),含(han)固定(ding)鉸支座和滾動鉸支座,分(fen)別安裝(zhuang)在分(fen)配梁的兩端。
B、簡支梁梁端(duan)鉸支座,固定(ding)端鉸支(zhi)座受壓承載(zai)力500kN,雙(shuang)向旋轉角度(du)>±15°;滑動(dong)端鉸支座(zuo)受壓承載力(li)500kN,滑動行程大(da)于±40mm;;
C、柱端(duan)鉸支座
1、標配柱頂單向刀口鉸(jiao)和柱底單向刀口鉸(jiao);
2、柱(zhu)底(di)刀(dao)口(kou)鉸(jiao)標配(pei)雙向對中調節系(xi)統(tong);刀(dao)口(kou)鉸(jiao)受壓(ya)承載力500kN,旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)角度>±15°;
3、標配保(bao)護裝(zhuang)置,確保(bao)倒置安裝(zhuang)或豎向安裝(zhuang)時試驗安全(quan);預留與鋼結構教(jiao)學試件柱端板(ban)安裝(zhuang)接(jie)口。
三、500kN靜態作動(dong)器
1、作動器(qi)推力500kN,拉(la)力300kN,行程200mm;
2、作動(dong)器尾(wei)部法蘭連接,活塞桿(gan)端配萬向受壓球鉸;
3、作動(dong)器標配高性能(neng)伺服閥(fa)。
4、作動器(qi)標(biao)配高精度柱式拉壓力傳感器(qi);
四(si)、電液伺服油源
1、系統(tong)額定流量(liang):3L/min;系(xi)統高壓力:28Mpa;
2、采用低(di)噪音高(gao)壓齒輪泵,配有(you)高(gao)壓濾油器、安全(quan)閥和電磁溢流閥,保(bao)證液壓系(xi)統安全(quan)工(gong)作;
3、配(pei)備風(feng)冷(leng)系統,作動器(qi)可同時(shi)帶載連(lian)續工作大于7小時;
五、電液伺服控制系統
1、組成(cheng):工控機(ji)、控制器、配套(tao)軟(ruan)件(jian)包、控制柜以(yi)及電纜線等;
2、采用單通道數字閉(bi)(bi)環運動控制(zhi)器,以實現作(zuo)(zuo)動器的(de)閉(bi)(bi)環位(wei)置和力控制(zhi),每個作(zuo)(zuo)動器對應一(yi)個控制(zhi)通道,可(ke)實現各個作(zuo)(zuo)動器同步(bu)、異步(bu)加載(zai)控制(zhi);
3、控制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統不但可實現計算(suan)機對試驗過(guo)程的自動控制(zhi)(zhi)而且還可通(tong)過(guo)計算(suan)機進行手動控制(zhi)(zhi)(開環與閉環可選);
4、可(ke)實現液壓加(jia)(jia)載系(xi)(xi)統(tong)與數(shu)據(ju)(ju)采集系(xi)(xi)統(tong)之間(jian)的數(shu)據(ju)(ju)實時交換,保(bao)證采集數(shu)據(ju)(ju)同步,支持力控制、位移控制加(jia)(jia)載方(fang)式(shi),試(shi)驗過程中可(ke)進行各加(jia)(jia)載模式(shi)的平滑切換;
七、懸臂(bei)澆(jiao)筑預應力混凝土連續梁(liang)橋虛(xu)擬仿真試驗系(xi)統
1、懸(xuan)臂澆筑預(yu)應力混(hun)凝土連續梁橋(qiao)教學(xue)軟件(jian)一套(tao),允許≥60點(dian)位(wei)使用,網(wang)絡(luo)版(ban),支持(chi)外網(wang)訪問;
2、虛擬仿真試(shi)驗含(han)支架搭設、模板(ban)安(an)裝(zhuang)、混凝土澆筑、預應力安(an)裝(zhuang)、孔道灌漿、掛籃安(an)裝(zhuang)等預應力橋梁施(shi)工步驟演示;
3、試(shi)驗場景支持360°自(zi)由漫游,可多角度觀(guan)察試(shi)驗設備及零件;
八、鋼(gang)筋混(hun)凝(ning)土梁(liang)正截面受(shou)壓虛擬(ni)仿(fang)真試驗系統
1、虛擬梁柱教學試驗設備一套(tao),允許(xu)≥60點位使(shi)用;
2、試驗含三種試件,可選少筋(jin)梁、適筋(jin)梁、超筋(jin)梁;
3、教學(xue)模式包含試驗(yan)原理(li)介紹、經典試件制作演示、設備裝配演示、試驗(yan)加載(zai)演示、對應數據及(ji)曲線(xian)展示;

九、傳感器
A、一(yi)維位移(yi)傳感器DT50 ,量程50mm,分辨率0.005mm/με,
B、一維(wei)位(wei)移傳感器(qi)DT100 ,量程100mm,分辨率0.005mm/με,
十、靜(jing)態(tai)數據采集分析系統,通(tong)道數22個,分辨率:0.1με;應變量程:±60000με;電壓量程:±60mV、0~2V分檔切換;工作(zuo)模式:脫(tuo)機工作(zuo),聯機工作(zuo)。
十一(yi)、焊(han)接鋼(gang)桁架,角鋼焊接鋼桁架,單榀梯(ti)形桁架,簡支跨度(du)1800mm,預留與簡(jian)支梁鉸支座的(de)連接。
