1、軌道車輛動態響應綜合實驗系統
主要用(yong)于(yu)學(xue)習認(ren)知CR400AF時速(su)350公里中(zhong)國(guo)標準(zhun)動(dong)(dong)車(che)組列車(che)中(zhong)的動(dong)(dong)車(che)轉向架(jia)、制動(dong)(dong)系統結(jie)構(gou)(gou)及功能(neng),整個實驗(yan)平臺(tai)包括控制柜、平臺(tai)固定(ding)底座、動(dong)(dong)力轉向架(jia)、氣動(dong)(dong)元件(jian)、牽引電機、車(che)體(ti)等(deng)。 實驗(yan)臺(tai)可完成軌道激(ji)勵試(shi)驗(yan),能(neng)夠完成不同(tong)剛度參數的一系、二系減(jian)震裝置等(deng)特(te)性測(ce)試(shi),同(tong)時能(neng)夠針對鐵道車(che)輛小(xiao)型零部件(jian)開(kai)展(zhan)疲勞測(ce)試(shi)。需滿足位移傳(chuan)感(gan)器、加速(su)度傳(chuan)感(gan)器、噪聲測(ce)試(shi)設備(bei)(bei)的數據采集提供工(gong)裝和教學(xue)設備(bei)(bei)等(deng)配件(jian)。采用(yong)1:2縮(suo)尺比例仿真(zhen)模(mo)擬CR400AF時速(su)350公里中(zhong)國(guo)標準(zhun)動(dong)(dong)車(che)組列車(che)車(che)廂(xiang)外觀(guan),用(yong)于(yu)車(che)廂(xiang)結(jie)構(gou)(gou)認(ren)知、開(kai)展(zhan)疲勞測(ce)試(shi)、載重觀(guan)察與實驗(yan)。
2、隧道襯砌損傷聲發射測試系統
主要(yao)功能:可(ke)以(yi)實時監測到外(wai)加(jia)應力(li)下結構缺(que)陷(xian)的變化,檢(jian)(jian)測和評(ping)價(jia)整個結構中(zhong)缺(que)陷(xian)的狀態,因此廣泛應用于巖石(shi)力(li)學、混凝(ning)土、鋼結構和復合材料等方(fang)面的損傷檢(jian)(jian)測。
3、高速列車關鍵部件多環境耦合試驗系統
用(yong)于(yu)改善材料先進技術重點實驗室(shi)(shi)關(guan)于(yu)高(gao)速(su)列車關(guan)鍵(jian)部件(jian)服役(yi)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)方面(mian)的科研條(tiao)件(jian),提高(gao)實驗室(shi)(shi)在(zai)該領域的競爭力(li),推動相關(guan)研究成果的工程化應用(yong)和產業(ye)化落地(di)。培養學生在(zai)材料性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)、失效分(fen)析(xi)等方面(mian)的科研能(neng)(neng)力(li)。
4、巖石全應力應變三軸蠕變試驗系統
1)包括:加(jia)載(zai)系(xi)統、壓力室(shi)、控制系(xi)統和顯(xian)示系(xi)統。

5、延脆性材料真三軸靜動態沖擊測試系統
主要功能:系(xi)統主要是測試(shi)(shi)(shi)巖(yan)石、混凝土(tu)、錨桿等試(shi)(shi)(shi)件(jian)在(zai)(zai)空間六個方向(xiang)被施加不(bu)同壓力時的(de)(de)靜態(tai)力學特(te)性(xing)及在(zai)(zai)加載(zai)條件(jian)下的(de)(de)霍普金森(sen)動態(tai)力學特(te)性(xing)。其中,采用液(ye)壓伺(si)服控(kong)制系(xi)統對延脆性(xing)試(shi)(shi)(shi)件(jian)施加三向(xiang)獨(du)立的(de)(de)靜載(zai)(三向(xiang)獨(du)立的(de)(de)0~100MP真三軸靜載(zai))、采用高壓氣體驅(qu)動zidan侵徹試(shi)(shi)(shi)件(jian)。可以(yi)獲得以(yi)下指標(biao):測試(shi)(shi)(shi)試(shi)(shi)(shi)件(jian)在(zai)(zai)動、靜態(tai)條件(jian)下的(de)(de)抗(kang)壓強度、彈(dan)性(xing)模(mo)量(liang)、泊(bo)松比與應(ying)變速率及圍(wei)壓的(de)(de)關系(xi);測試(shi)(shi)(shi)巖(yan)石材(cai)料在(zai)(zai)侵徹下的(de)(de)各向(xiang)異性(xing)特(te)性(xing),以(yi)及應(ying)力狀態(tai)對侵徹性(xing)能的(de)(de)影響。
