4、延脆(cui)性材料(liao)真三軸(zhou)靜動態沖擊測試(shi)系統(tong)
主要功能:系統主要是測試巖石、混凝土、錨桿等試件在空間六個方向被施加不同壓力時的靜態力學特性及在加載條件下的霍普金森動態力學特性。其中,采用液壓伺服控制系統對延脆性試件施加三向獨立的靜載(三向獨立的0~100MP真三軸靜載)、采用高壓氣體驅動zidan侵徹(che)試件(jian)(jian)。可以(yi)獲得以(yi)下(xia)指標(biao):測試試件(jian)(jian)在(zai)動、靜態(tai)條件(jian)(jian)下(xia)的(de)抗壓(ya)強度、彈性模量(liang)、泊松比與應(ying)變速率及(ji)圍壓(ya)的(de)關(guan)系;測試巖(yan)石(shi)材料(liao)在(zai)侵徹(che)下(xia)的(de)各(ge)向異性特性,以(yi)及(ji)應(ying)力狀態(tai)對侵徹(che)性能的(de)影響。
5、軌道車輛動態響應綜合實(shi)驗(yan)臺
主要用于學習認知CR400AF時速350公里中國標準動車組列車中的動車轉向架、制動系統結構及功能,整個實驗平臺包括控制柜、平臺固定底座、動力轉向架、氣動元件、牽引電機、車體等。 實驗臺可完成軌道激勵試驗,能夠完成不同剛度參數的一系、二系減震裝置等特性測試,同時能夠針對鐵道車輛小型零部件開展疲勞測試。需滿足位移傳感器、加速度傳感器、噪聲測試設備的數據采集提供工裝和教學設備等配件。采用1:2縮尺比例仿真模擬CR400AF時速350公里中國標準動車組列車車廂外觀,用于車廂結構認知、開展疲勞測試、載重觀察與實驗。
