1、盾構(TBM)掘進遠(yuan)程監(jian)控(kong)支撐(cheng)系統(tong)(tong),主要包括:專用服(fu)務(wu)(wu)器及工作站、機(ji)房配套設施升級、通(tong)訊(xun)網絡系統(tong)(tong)、配套實驗軟件系統(tong)(tong)。其功能主要建立遠(yuan)程監(jian)控(kong)硬(ying)/軟件支撐(cheng)配套系統(tong)(tong),為盾構(TBM)掘進遠(yuan)程監(jian)控(kong)提供科研數據計算服(fu)務(wu)(wu)、數據存(cun)儲和仿真服(fu)務(wu)(wu)、科研展(zhan)示服(fu)務(wu)(wu)等。
2、盾構(gou)(TBM)掘進遠程控(kong)制駕駛艙,由采集和傳輸系(xi)統(tong)、駕駛臺系(xi)統(tong)、顯示(shi)系(xi)統(tong)等(deng)一系(xi)列硬件設(she)施(shi)構(gou)成,主要功能為:定制化(hua)盾構(gou)(TBM)遠程駕駛艙,完成盾構(gou)(TBM)工點(dian)掘進與施(shi)工環境(jing)數據采集、盾構(gou)機(ji)(TBM)掘進狀態實時監(jian)控(kong)、遠程實時操控(kong)盾構(gou)(TBM)掘進等(deng)。

三、三軸靜動態巖石試驗系統
主(zhu)要功能是(shi)測(ce)試試件在空間六個方向(xiang)被施加不同壓(ya)力時的(de)(de)(de)(de)靜(jing)(jing)態(tai)力學特(te)性(xing)(xing)及在一定加載(zai)狀況(kuang)下(xia)霍普金森動(dong)態(tai)力學特(te)性(xing)(xing)。其中,采用(yong)液(ye)壓(ya)伺服(fu)控制系統對立方體(ti)巖(yan)塊施加三向(xiang)獨立的(de)(de)(de)(de)靜(jing)(jing)載(zai)(三向(xiang)獨立的(de)(de)(de)(de)0~100MP真三軸靜(jing)(jing)載(zai))、采用(yong)高壓(ya)氣體(ti)驅(qu)動(dong)zjdan侵徹混凝土試件。可以(yi)獲得(de)以(yi)下(xia)指標:測(ce)試巖(yan)石(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)在動(dong)、靜(jing)(jing)態(tai)條件下(xia)的(de)(de)(de)(de)抗壓(ya)強度、彈性(xing)(xing)模量(liang)、泊松比與應變速率及圍壓(ya)的(de)(de)(de)(de)關系;測(ce)試巖(yan)石(shi)材(cai)料在侵徹下(xia)的(de)(de)(de)(de)各向(xiang)異性(xing)(xing)特(te)性(xing)(xing),以(yi)及應力狀態(tai)對侵徹性(xing)(xing)能的(de)(de)(de)(de)影響。
四、中-高全速巖土旋轉剪切儀
扭(niu)矩,140N.m;1500rpm(轉(zhuan)速(su));理論軸向荷載(zai),80 MPa;可獲(huo)取參(can)數:剪切(qie)速(su)率、軸向位(wei)移、試樣孔隙壓(ya)(ya)力(兩款適用于不(bu)同(tong)溫壓(ya)(ya)條(tiao)件的壓(ya)(ya)力艙(cang))等(deng)。
五、高溫高壓巖體多場耦合試驗系統
功能(neng):開展山區深埋隧(sui)道高溫(wen)高壓(ya)條件(jian)下(xia)傳熱-滲(shen)流(liu)-應(ying)力(li)-化學多場耦合作(zuo)用對(dui)巖體結構演變特征研(yan)究,評價巖體穩定(ding)性(xing),為西南山區深埋隧(sui)道安全建(jian)設提供(gong)理(li)論基礎。該實驗系統可安全滿足真(zhen)三軸/擬三軸巖樣試(shi)驗,耐溫(wen)上限(xian)350℃,軸壓(ya)上限(xian)600MPa,可滿足水與(yu)CO2等(deng)流(liu)體,流(liu)體壓(ya)力(li)范圍上限(xian)30MPa。
六、隧道主動加載試驗系統
主要(yao)包含靜動(dong)力(li)(li)加(jia)載系(xi)(xi)統(tong)、伺服控(kong)制系(xi)(xi)統(tong)、拱形化模(mo)型箱系(xi)(xi)統(tong)。用于(yu)研(yan)究以預應力(li)(li)錨桿(gan)(索(suo))為核(he)心(xin)載體(ti)的主動(dong)支護體(ti)系(xi)(xi)一系(xi)(xi)列相關(guan)科學問題(ti),要(yao)求:可(ke)模(mo)擬預應力(li)(li)主動(dong)支護效(xiao)(xiao)應/主-被動(dong)聯合承載體(ti)系(xi)(xi)/不均勻受力(li)(li)狀態/不同跨度、埋深(shen)等條件/預應力(li)(li)損失效(xiao)(xiao)應/動(dong)力(li)(li)效(xiao)(xiao)應。
七、低溫環境巖土體基本力學特性試驗系統
包括:
1、巖土(tu)低溫-荷載耦合測試試驗(yan)系統
主要功能(neng):模擬(ni)土、巖介質在(zai)凍融循環(huan)過程中的(de)物理力學狀態(tai),監(jian)測開(kai)放/封閉條件下土體(ti)凍脹力、融化壓縮量(liang)(liang)(liang)、融沉量(liang)(liang)(liang)、水分(fen)遷移量(liang)(liang)(liang)隨(sui)溫(wen)(wen)度的(de)變化過程的(de)jiduan溫(wen)(wen)度-荷載耦合作用試驗系統。
2、低溫環境凍土真(zhen)三維加載(zai)系(xi)統(tong)
主要功能:實現靜動力真(zhen)三軸條件(jian)下凍土/凍軟巖、凍結結構(gou)面的變(bian)形、強度與(yu)滲透(tou)特性。
3、溫控(kong)空心圓柱扭(niu)剪試(shi)驗系統(tong)
主(zhu)要功能(neng):可測定動(dong)態荷載下(xia)土體(ti)(ti)的(de)動(dong)強(qiang)度、阻(zu)尼比、地震(zhen)砂土液化以及(ji)非(fei)飽(bao)和吸力(li)變化等;此外,模擬土體(ti)(ti)主(zhu)應(ying)力(li)軸旋轉(zhuan)及(ji)反(fan)復旋轉(zhuan)應(ying)力(li)路徑,并且(qie)可考慮中間主(zhu)應(ying)力(li)與土體(ti)(ti)各向(xiang)異性的(de)影響。
