1.組成:非一致地震節段式模(mo)型(xing)箱;地應力場加載控制系統;活動斷裂多尺度控制系統;強制位移(yi)加載控制系統。

三、盾構(TBM)隧道智能建造試驗系統

1、盾(dun)構(TBM)掘(jue)進遠(yuan)程(cheng)(cheng)監控(kong)支撐系(xi)(xi)(xi)統,1套(tao),主要包括:專用服(fu)務(wu)器及工(gong)作站、機房配(pei)(pei)套(tao)設施升級、通(tong)訊網(wang)絡系(xi)(xi)(xi)統、配(pei)(pei)套(tao)實(shi)驗軟件系(xi)(xi)(xi)統。其(qi)功能主要建立遠(yuan)程(cheng)(cheng)監控(kong)硬(ying)/軟件支撐配(pei)(pei)套(tao)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統,為盾(dun)構(TBM)掘(jue)進遠(yuan)程(cheng)(cheng)監控(kong)提供(gong)科(ke)(ke)研(yan)數(shu)據計算服(fu)務(wu)、數(shu)據存儲和(he)仿真服(fu)務(wu)、科(ke)(ke)研(yan)展(zhan)示服(fu)務(wu)等。

3、盾(dun)(dun)(dun)構(gou)(gou)(gou)(TBM)隧(sui)道數(shu)(shu)字(zi)孿(luan)生與仿真駕駛平臺系統,1套,主(zhu)要功能(neng):利用新一(yi)代的(de)數(shu)(shu)字(zi)孿(luan)生、VR、人工(gong)(gong)(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)等技術,實現對(dui)TBM盾(dun)(dun)(dun)構(gou)(gou)(gou)工(gong)(gong)(gong)點遠程全面感知(zhi)與在線監測,構(gou)(gou)(gou)建盾(dun)(dun)(dun)構(gou)(gou)(gou)(TBM)掘(jue)進數(shu)(shu)據庫,完成盾(dun)(dun)(dun)構(gou)(gou)(gou)(TBM)掘(jue)進參(can)數(shu)(shu)實時監控(kong)(kong)與實時預警。實現TBM盾(dun)(dun)(dun)構(gou)(gou)(gou)工(gong)(gong)(gong)點盾(dun)(dun)(dun)構(gou)(gou)(gou)機、地(di)質、環境等場景可(ke)視化(hua)和數(shu)(shu)字(zi)孿(luan)生虛擬(ni)仿真。建立盾(dun)(dun)(dun)構(gou)(gou)(gou)(TBM)人工(gong)(gong)(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)遠程控(kong)(kong)制專家系統,完成對(dui)TBM盾(dun)(dun)(dun)構(gou)(gou)(gou)人工(gong)(gong)(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)控(kong)(kong)制模型(xing)虛擬(ni)仿真控(kong)(kong)制,實現控(kong)(kong)制效(xiao)果評(ping)估,終達到TBM盾(dun)(dun)(dun)構(gou)(gou)(gou)無人駕駛艙對(dui)各個工(gong)(gong)(gong)點盾(dun)(dun)(dun)構(gou)(gou)(gou)機的(de)人工(gong)(gong)(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)遠程控(kong)(kong)制。

四、中-高全速巖土旋轉剪切儀

扭矩(ju),140N.m;1500rpm(轉(zhuan)速);理論軸向(xiang)荷載,80 MPa;可獲取參數:剪切速率、軸向(xiang)位移、試樣孔隙壓力(兩款適用于(yu)不同溫壓條件的壓力艙)等。

五、高溫高壓巖體多場耦合試驗系統

功能:開展山區(qu)深(shen)埋(mai)隧道(dao)高溫(wen)高壓條件下傳熱-滲(shen)流-應力(li)(li)-化學多場耦合作用對(dui)巖(yan)體(ti)(ti)結(jie)構演變特征(zheng)研究,評(ping)價巖(yan)體(ti)(ti)穩定(ding)性,為西(xi)南山區(qu)深(shen)埋(mai)隧道(dao)安(an)全建設提供理論基礎。該實驗(yan)系統可(ke)安(an)全滿足(zu)真三軸/擬三軸巖(yan)樣(yang)試驗(yan),耐溫(wen)上限(xian)350℃,軸壓上限(xian)600MPa,可(ke)滿足(zu)水與CO2等流體(ti)(ti),流體(ti)(ti)壓力(li)(li)范圍上限(xian)30MPa。

六、隧道主動加載試驗系統

主要包含靜(jing)動(dong)力(li)加載系(xi)(xi)統、伺服控制系(xi)(xi)統、拱形化模型箱系(xi)(xi)統。用于研究以預應(ying)力(li)錨(mao)桿(索)為核(he)心(xin)載體的主動(dong)支護(hu)體系(xi)(xi)一系(xi)(xi)列(lie)相關科學問題(ti),要求:可模擬預應(ying)力(li)主動(dong)支護(hu)效(xiao)應(ying)/主-被動(dong)聯合承載體系(xi)(xi)/不均勻受力(li)狀態/不同跨度(du)、埋深等條件/預應(ying)力(li)損失效(xiao)應(ying)/動(dong)力(li)效(xiao)應(ying)。

七、低溫環境巖土體基本力學特性試驗系統

包括:

1、巖土低溫-荷載(zai)耦合測試(shi)試(shi)驗系(xi)統

主要功能:模擬土、巖介質在(zai)凍融循環過(guo)(guo)程中的物理(li)力學狀(zhuang)態,監(jian)測開放/封閉條(tiao)件下(xia)土體凍脹力、融化壓(ya)縮量(liang)、融沉量(liang)、水分遷(qian)移量(liang)隨溫度的變化過(guo)(guo)程的jiduan溫度-荷載(zai)耦(ou)合(he)作用試驗(yan)系統。

2、低溫環(huan)境(jing)凍土真三維加載系統

主要(yao)功(gong)能(neng):實(shi)現靜動力真(zhen)三(san)軸(zhou)條件下凍土/凍軟巖、凍結結構面的(de)變形、強度與(yu)滲透特(te)性。

3、溫(wen)控(kong)空心(xin)圓(yuan)柱扭剪試(shi)驗(yan)系統

主要功能:可(ke)(ke)測定動(dong)態荷載下土(tu)體(ti)的動(dong)強度、阻(zu)尼(ni)比、地震砂土(tu)液化以及非飽和吸(xi)力(li)(li)變(bian)化等;此(ci)外,模(mo)擬土(tu)體(ti)主應力(li)(li)軸旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)及反復旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)應力(li)(li)路徑,并且可(ke)(ke)考慮中(zhong)間主應力(li)(li)與土(tu)體(ti)各向異性(xing)的影響。

4、低溫-荷載耦合數(shu)字孿生(sheng)測試裝置(zhi)
