主要功能是:測(ce)試(shi)試(shi)件在(zai)(zai)空間六(liu)個方向被施加(jia)不同壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)時的(de)(de)靜(jing)(jing)(jing)態(tai)力(li)(li)學(xue)特(te)(te)性及在(zai)(zai)一定加(jia)載(zai)狀況下霍普金森動態(tai)力(li)(li)學(xue)特(te)(te)性。其中,采用液壓(ya)(ya)伺(si)服(fu)控制系統(tong)對立(li)(li)方體(ti)巖(yan)塊(kuai)施加(jia)三(san)(san)向獨立(li)(li)的(de)(de)靜(jing)(jing)(jing)載(zai)(三(san)(san)向獨立(li)(li)的(de)(de)0~100MP真三(san)(san)軸靜(jing)(jing)(jing)載(zai))、采用高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)氣體(ti)驅動zjdan侵(qin)徹混凝(ning)土試(shi)件。可以獲得以下指標:測(ce)試(shi)巖(yan)石的(de)(de)在(zai)(zai)動、靜(jing)(jing)(jing)態(tai)條件下的(de)(de)抗壓(ya)(ya)強度、彈性模量(liang)、泊松比與應變(bian)速率及圍壓(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)關(guan)系;測(ce)試(shi)巖(yan)石材料(liao)在(zai)(zai)侵(qin)徹下的(de)(de)各向異性特(te)(te)性,以及應力(li)(li)狀態(tai)對侵(qin)徹性能的(de)(de)影響。

包括:
1、巖(yan)土低溫-荷載耦合測(ce)試試驗系(xi)統
主要功能(neng):模擬土、巖介質在凍融循環過(guo)程(cheng)中的物理力(li)學(xue)狀態,監測開放/封閉條(tiao)件下(xia)土體凍脹力(li)、融化(hua)壓縮(suo)量、融沉量、水分(fen)遷移(yi)量隨溫度的變化(hua)過(guo)程(cheng)的jiduan溫度-荷載(zai)耦合作用(yong)試(shi)驗系統。
2、低溫環境凍土真(zhen)三維加載系統
主要功能:實現靜動力真三軸條件下凍(dong)土(tu)/凍(dong)軟巖(yan)、凍(dong)結結構面的變形、強度與(yu)滲透(tou)特性。
3、溫控空心圓柱(zhu)扭剪試(shi)驗系統
主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)功(gong)能:可測定動(dong)態(tai)荷載下土體(ti)(ti)的(de)動(dong)強度、阻尼比、地震砂土液化(hua)(hua)以及(ji)非(fei)飽和吸力變化(hua)(hua)等;此(ci)外,模(mo)擬(ni)土體(ti)(ti)主(zhu)(zhu)應(ying)力軸旋轉及(ji)反復旋轉應(ying)力路徑,并且可考慮中間主(zhu)(zhu)應(ying)力與土體(ti)(ti)各向異性的(de)影響。
4、低溫-荷(he)載耦(ou)合數(shu)字孿生測試裝置(zhi)
由雙向(xiang)地震振荷(he)模擬振動(dong)(dong)臺、振動(dong)(dong)基坑(keng)隔振裝置、伺服(fu)控制(zhi)器(qi)、剪切(qie)模型箱、巖土工程加工試(shi)驗(yan)臺以及模型應(ying)力(li)測試(shi)裝置、計算(suan)機等(deng)組(zu)成。主要功能:模擬低溫-荷(he)載耦(ou)合作用(yong)下巖土邊坡應(ying)力(li)與變形特(te)性,通(tong)過模型試(shi)驗(yan)和數值模擬孿(luan)生耦(ou)合預(yu)測邊坡失穩機制(zhi)及滑坡規(gui)律。
四、中-高全速巖土旋轉剪切儀
zuida扭矩(ju),140N.m;1500rpm(zuida轉速);理論zuida軸向荷載(zai),80 MPa;可獲(huo)取參數:剪切速率、軸向位移、試樣孔隙壓力(li)(兩款(kuan)適用于不同溫壓條件的壓力(li)艙)等。
五、高溫高壓巖體多場耦合試驗系統
功能:開展山區深埋隧道高溫高壓條件(jian)下傳熱-滲流(liu)(liu)(liu)-應力-化學多場耦合作用對(dui)巖體結(jie)構(gou)演變特征(zheng)研究,評價巖體穩定性,為西南山區深埋隧道安(an)全建(jian)設(she)提供理論基礎。該實驗(yan)系統可(ke)(ke)安(an)全滿足(zu)真(zhen)三軸/擬三軸巖樣試驗(yan),耐溫上限(xian)(xian)350℃,軸壓上限(xian)(xian)600MPa,可(ke)(ke)滿足(zu)水(shui)與CO2等流(liu)(liu)(liu)體,流(liu)(liu)(liu)體壓力范圍上限(xian)(xian)30MPa。
六、盾構(TBM)隧道智能建造試驗系統
1、盾構(TBM)掘進遠程(cheng)監(jian)(jian)(jian)控支撐(cheng)系(xi)統,主(zhu)要包括:專用服(fu)務(wu)器及工作站、機(ji)房配(pei)套(tao)設施升級、通訊(xun)網絡系(xi)統、配(pei)套(tao)實(shi)驗軟件系(xi)統。其功能主(zhu)要建(jian)立遠程(cheng)監(jian)(jian)(jian)控硬(ying)/軟件支撐(cheng)配(pei)套(tao)系(xi)統,為盾構(TBM)掘進遠程(cheng)監(jian)(jian)(jian)控提供(gong)科研(yan)數(shu)據計算服(fu)務(wu)、數(shu)據存(cun)儲和仿真服(fu)務(wu)、科研(yan)展示服(fu)務(wu)等。
2、盾構(TBM)掘(jue)進遠程控(kong)制(zhi)駕(jia)駛(shi)艙,由(you)采集和傳輸系(xi)統、駕(jia)駛(shi)臺系(xi)統、顯(xian)示(shi)系(xi)統等一系(xi)列(lie)硬件設施(shi)構成,主要功能為:定制(zhi)化盾構(TBM)遠程駕(jia)駛(shi)艙,完成盾構(TBM)工點掘(jue)進與(yu)施(shi)工環境(jing)數(shu)據采集、盾構機(ji)(TBM)掘(jue)進狀(zhuang)態實時監控(kong)、遠程實時操控(kong)盾構(TBM)掘(jue)進等。
3、盾(dun)構(gou)(gou)(gou)(gou)(TBM)隧(sui)道數字孿(luan)(luan)生與(yu)仿(fang)(fang)真(zhen)(zhen)駕駛(shi)平臺(tai)系(xi)統,主要功能:利用新一代的(de)數字孿(luan)(luan)生、VR、人工(gong)智能等(deng)(deng)技(ji)術,實(shi)(shi)現對(dui)TBM盾(dun)構(gou)(gou)(gou)(gou)工(gong)點遠(yuan)程全面(mian)感知與(yu)在(zai)線監(jian)測,構(gou)(gou)(gou)(gou)建盾(dun)構(gou)(gou)(gou)(gou)(TBM)掘進數據庫,完成盾(dun)構(gou)(gou)(gou)(gou)(TBM)掘進參數實(shi)(shi)時(shi)監(jian)控(kong)與(yu)實(shi)(shi)時(shi)預(yu)警。實(shi)(shi)現TBM盾(dun)構(gou)(gou)(gou)(gou)工(gong)點盾(dun)構(gou)(gou)(gou)(gou)機、地(di)質、環(huan)境(jing)等(deng)(deng)場景可視化和數字孿(luan)(luan)生虛(xu)擬(ni)(ni)仿(fang)(fang)真(zhen)(zhen)。建立盾(dun)構(gou)(gou)(gou)(gou)(TBM)人工(gong)智能遠(yuan)程控(kong)制專(zhuan)家(jia)系(xi)統,完成對(dui)TBM盾(dun)構(gou)(gou)(gou)(gou)人工(gong)智能控(kong)制模(mo)型虛(xu)擬(ni)(ni)仿(fang)(fang)真(zhen)(zhen)控(kong)制,實(shi)(shi)現控(kong)制效果評(ping)估,終達到TBM盾(dun)構(gou)(gou)(gou)(gou)無人駕駛(shi)艙對(dui)各個工(gong)點盾(dun)構(gou)(gou)(gou)(gou)機的(de)人工(gong)智能遠(yuan)程控(kong)制。
