一、用(yong)途(tu)
主(zhu)要用(yong)于力(li)(li)學加載(zai)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)和(he)相(xiang)識材(cai)料模(mo)(mo)擬試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)相(xiang)關專業科研試(shi)驗(yan)(yan),可(ke)方便(bian)對巖土(tu)、模(mo)(mo)型材(cai)料、混凝土(tu)、巖石等構件進行力(li)(li)學性能(neng)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)。該(gai)系(xi)統也可(ke)以實現軸(zhou)壓試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)、壓剪試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)、平(ping)行剪切試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)等,普遍應用(yong)于構件的(de)力(li)(li)學性能(neng)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)。采用(yong)自平(ping)衡設(she)計理(li)念,安裝時無需反力(li)(li)地槽。該(gai)系(xi)統由(you)27只油缸、自反力(li)(li)框(kuang)架、伺服油源、軟(ruan)件組成。
二(er)、技(ji)術(shu)參(can)數(shu)
1、該系統將(jiang)豎向加(jia)載點(dian)(dian)15個(ge)(ge),均分為(wei)每(mei)2個(ge)(ge)一(yi)組(zu)(zu),和每(mei)3個(ge)(ge)一(yi)組(zu)(zu),將(jiang)油缸并聯使(shi)用(yong),則豎向共計(ji)6路控(kong)制;將(jiang)側向加(jia)載點(dian)(dian)12個(ge)(ge),均為(wei)為(wei)每(mei)2個(ge)(ge)一(yi)組(zu)(zu),將(jiang)油缸并聯使(shi)用(yong),則側向共計(ji)6路控(kong)制;總共合計(ji)12路控(kong)制。
2、采(cai)(cai)用(yong)壓強傳(chuan)感(gan)器測力(li),采(cai)(cai)用(yong)拉線式位(wei)(wei)移(yi)傳(chuan)感(gan)器測量(liang)位(wei)(wei)移(yi)。
3、系(xi)統采用12個電液(ye)伺服測(ce)控(kong)(kong)箱(xiang)、12個電磁伺服閥組(zu)和HLXK-Test測(ce)控(kong)(kong)軟件組(zu)成(cheng)12通(tong)道電液(ye)伺服測(ce)控(kong)(kong)系(xi)統,能(neng)實現對12路(lu)液(ye)壓千斤(jin)頂的壓力進行閉環控(kong)(kong)制。
