三、組成
由電機,減速(su)器,擺錘,夾具和(he)變(bian)頻(pin)器等組(zu)成(cheng),待(dai)檢(jian)的(de)(de)葉片以(yi)水平的(de)(de)方式固(gu)定于(yu)疲勞試驗支座(zuo)上,在距離葉片根(gen)部大約(yue)70%處安(an)裝(zhuang)加載(zai)系統,通過調(diao)節變(bian)頻(pin)器頻(pin)率來(lai)使兩者進行振動。風電葉片在兩個相互(hu)垂(chui)直(zhi)的(de)(de)簡諧力作用下產生負載(zai)的(de)(de)運動軌跡,更加真實的(de)(de)對(dui)風載(zai)荷進行模(mo)擬,節省加載(zai)時間。
四、技術參數
1)角(jiao)度(du)可以通(tong)過根部轉軸上的連(lian)接件進(jin)行(xing)調節,調節角(jiao)度(du)范圍為:±5°;
2)旋轉(zhuan)(zhuan)葉片轉(zhuan)(zhuan)速可通過光(guang)電(dian)編碼器進行(xing)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)動速度測量;
3)扭轉角度測(ce)量(liang)誤差小(xiao)于(yu)±0.2°;
4)轉(zhuan)矩(ju)300000Nm,轉(zhuan)速0.05r/min,轉(zhuan)速可(ke)調;
5) 位移測量誤差小于±0.05mm@0.5m;
