  該機由電液伺服豎向加載系統、自平衡門式反力架、多功能構件及加載系統由立式加載系統、橫向加載系統、試件測量系統、恒壓伺服油源系統、計算機測量控制系統等組成。
  立式加載系統、橫向加載系統即能單獨使用,又可組合使用;橫向加載系統單獨使用時,即可橫向加載,又可豎直加載。滿足超長構件橫向、豎向加載試驗。
  滿足方形、圓形、長柱形、異形構件的力學性能試驗。
維護保養:
  1、控制(zhi)柜上所有活門不應(ying)打開放置,以(yi)免塵土進入內部,影(ying)響測量機構的靈敏(min)性。
  2、扭轉試驗機各部分應經常擦拭干凈,對沒有噴漆的表面擦拭干凈后應用棉紗沾少量的機油再擦一遍,以防止生銹,雨季期間更應注意擦拭,不用時用防塵罩罩住以防塵土侵入。
  3、頻繁使用本設備做拉伸破斷試驗可能導致部分緊固件松動。應當經常檢查以下部位緊固情況
  4、頻繁使用可能導致油量減少或變質,應當根據使用情況每隔1-3個月檢查一次油量。扭轉試驗機停止運行15分鐘后,觀察控制柜計左側油窗,如油面低于油窗則添加同種液壓油至油窗中間位置;如油已變質,須換上新的液壓油。
