主要(yao)由加載(zai)龍門框(kuang)架、伺(si)服直(zhi)線作(zuo)動器(qi)、一套恒壓伺(si)服泵站、全數字單通道伺(si)服控(kong)制(zhi)器(qi)及(ji)計算機打印機、相(xiang)關試(shi)驗軟件、其它必要(yao)的附件等組成。
1、主機(ji):主機(ji)為(wei)2立(li)柱(zhu)龍門(men)框(kuang)架(jia)式結構(gou),伺服直(zhi)線作動(dong)(dong)氣(qi)上置(zhi)于龍門(men)架(jia)橫梁。龍門(men)架(jia)縱(zong)、橫向梁上布置(zhi)有對稱吊(diao)耳(er);升降調整采(cai)用(yong)起重機(ji)吊(diao)裝(zhuang)方式調整;活動(dong)(dong)梁采(cai)用(yong)鉸制螺栓固定(ding)式結構(gou)(立(li)柱(zhu)孔(kong)配(pei)鉸),保證(zheng)縱(zong)橫梁的水平(ping)精度(du)及試(shi)驗過程(cheng)中橫梁保持鎖止不動(dong)(dong);龍門(men)框(kuang)架(jia)安裝(zhuang)在(zai)地(di)面,采(cai)用(yong)錨(mao)桿固定(ding)。負(fu)荷(he)傳感器(qi)(qi)安裝(zhuang)在(zai)作動(dong)(dong)器(qi)(qi)下端面,用(yong)于測量試(shi)驗負(fu)荷(he)。負(fu)荷(he)傳感器(qi)(qi)采(cai)用(yong)美國世銓輪輻(fu)式傳感器(qi)(qi)。
2、電液(ye)伺(si)(si)服(fu)直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)線(xian)作動(dong)(dong)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi):伺(si)(si)服(fu)直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)線(xian)作動(dong)(dong)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)是試驗系統執行元(yuan)件,試驗系統通過(guo)作動(dong)(dong)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)對(dui)被測(ce)試件施加規(gui)定試驗載(zai)荷。伺(si)(si)服(fu)直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)線(xian)作動(dong)(dong)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)由作動(dong)(dong)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)本(ben)體、伺(si)(si)服(fu)閥塊組(zu)(zu)、三維無間隙關節支(zhi)座、流體連接件等部分組(zu)(zu)成。單元(yuan)化、標準化、模塊化設計(ji)的伺(si)(si)服(fu)直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)線(xian)作動(dong)(dong)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)具(ju)有低阻尼、高(gao)(gao)響(xiang)應、高(gao)(gao)壽命、大間隙的特點,設計(ji)理念與試驗機公司同(tong)類作動(dong)(dong)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)設計(ji)理念*等同(tong)。作動(dong)(dong)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的密(mi)封元(yuan)件全部采用進口德國作動(dong)(dong)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)高(gao)(gao)速(su)密(mi)封元(yuan)件。作動(dong)(dong)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)活(huo)塞(sai)桿的支(zhi)撐(cheng)(cheng)打破傳統設計(ji),采用非金屬支(zhi)撐(cheng)(cheng)、大間隙設計(ji),具(ju)有高(gao)(gao)速(su)不燒(shao)結自潤(run)滑的特點。伺(si)(si)服(fu)直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)線(xian)作動(dong)(dong)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)振幅(fu)極限位置設計(ji)液(ye)壓緩沖區(qu),避免運行失控(kong)對(dui)作動(dong)(dong)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)產生損傷(shang)。
